The Staff Nurse at Inova Hospital is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. Working closely with our surgical consultants, anesthesiologists, and multi-disciplinary clinical team, this role encompasses comprehensive perioperative care, active bedside monitoring, acute pain management, and clear patient education in a modern clinical environment.

Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification: PCL Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing / B.N. from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Valid and active registration with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC).
Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, surgical ward, or post-operative recovery unit (candidates with strong surgical rotation experience welcome).
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
Core Competencies:

Proficient in IV cannulation, catheterization, wound dressing, and multipara monitor operation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
Calm demeanor, professional bedside manner, and rapid decision-making in acute situations.
